Tinted glass is a kind of flat glass which can absorbing a lot of infrared rays radiant energy, and it can preserve higher light transmittance. We have two processing methods: one is to add the amount of heat absorption capacity colorant to mix into the raw material of normal soda-lime silicate glass; another is spray plating one or more layers metal or metallic oxide film on the surface of flat glass.
The colors of tinted glass have grey, brown, blue, green, bronze, pink golden and so on. At present, we have the first three color of tinted glass. The thickness is 2mm, 3mm, 5mm and 6mm. Tinted glass can also further processing to polish glass, tempered glass, laminated glass and insulating glass.
